You may have heard that last year, Hickey & Turim LLP and the Hickey & Turim Foundation announced they were fully funding the future Hickey & Turim Scholarship, which awards a university scholarship to students who attend post-secondary institutions in Ontario and graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in first-entry courses at the Bachelor’s level or higher, as well as demonstrate academic integrity. Now, news has broken that this remarkable scholarship will be fully funded in 2022! Here’s how you can apply for the Hickey & Turim Scholarship!

About The Scholarship

Hickey & Turim is a family-owned law firm proud to represent injured workers in our community. From our years of experience, we know how difficult it can be for hardworking people to be hurt on the job. Finding yourself suddenly unable to work and support your family is a challenge that no one should have to face alone. Our attorneys have represented Wisconsin’s workers for decades, but it is important to lead our community outside of the courtroom as well.

That is why we are offering a scholarship to a promising student interested in a legal career. The Hickey & Turim Scholarship is accepting applications from students enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States. Applicants will be judged on academic merit, as well as the content of the essay response.

Details:

  • One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded.
  • Applications must be received by November 15, 2022.
  • The scholarship winner will be notified by January 2023.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Must be enrolled or accepted at a college or university.
