  1. 4 cups of rice.
  2. 2cups of sliced carrot.
  3. 2cups of sliced cabbage.
  4. green bean of same 2cups.
  5. peas half cup, {subjectively}.
  6. sliced green pepper 1 cup.
  7. vegetable oil {150ml}.
  8. liver {0.3kg}.
  9. 1 cup of sliced onions.
  10. meat {2kg} beef or chicken.

Now when these required ingredients are read you can then go into the preparation of the fried rice in question

steps for the fried rice preparation

Before preparing the wheat meal you have to keep the requirement before thinking of preparing the meal this will help you to be sure of good meal preparation.

  • 2Cups of wheat meal {here use Honeywell brond}
  • one 1littre of water

The first step,  get 1 liter of cooled water boil in a pot until it gets boiled, then remove 500mls of the boiled water keep aside.

The second steps, with the leftover 500mls boiled water in the pot add the wheat flour stir with a wooden spatula. the stirring can be directly or clockwise directions. stir till it gets semisolid. T

The third step, adds the set aside boiled water into the already stirred wheat that is in a semi-solid form now cover it and allow to cook for about 15minutes on till the water evaporates.

The fourth step, Turn again to make it rhyme and then mode to the shape of your choice.

In the fifth step, you have to serve it when hot, then use any soup of your choice.
