You need to fill out a one-page form, attach the fee, photos, and documents proving you’re eligible, and submit it to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

  • Thawing pipes.
  • The use of open flames, blow-lamps, and torches.
  • Using bitumen and tar boilers.
  • The use of hot air blowers and lead heaters.

Cold Work Permits

Cold work permits are use in hazardous maintenance work that does not involve โ€œhot workโ€. It is are issue when there is no reasonable source of ignition, and when all contact with harmful substances has be eliminated or appropriate precautions taken.

Cold working refers to the process of strengthening a metal by plastic deformation. Also referred to as work hardening, the metal working technique involves subjecting metal to mechanical stress so as to cause a permanent change to the metal’s crystalline structure.

The confined space permit assists the employer to make sure that adequate precautions are in place for each job or task involving confined spaces. Excavation Permit

Excavation Permit means the permit which, pursuant to this ordinance, must be obtain before a person may excavate in a right-of-way. An Excavation permit allows the holder to excavate that part of the right-of-way describe in such permit.

Excavation permit is require for carrying out any excavation inside plant. Wherever temporary closure of road / cutting of road or blockage of main roads is require in a section or unit. The necessary approval shall be obtaine in proper format for โ€œRoad or Site Closureโ€.
